A new season of the "Trajectory" grant program for veterans has begun in Ukraine
Ukraine has begun accepting applications for the third season of the “Trajectory” educational grant program for veterans and their families. The initiative’s total budget is 10 million UAH, and the winners will receive funding to develop their businesses, scale up production, and enter new markets.
Unlike the previous two seasons, which helped participants start their own businesses from scratch, the third season focuses on supporting and expanding existing companies.
Two categories of businesses are eligible to apply:
- veteran-owned businesses—founded by veterans, active-duty service members, or members of their families (including the families of those killed in action, captured, or missing in action);
- veteran-friendly businesses—companies that have officially employed at least one veteran.
Preference during the selection process will be given to manufacturers of goods (furniture, clothing, cosmetics, food products) and companies in the B2B services sector. Representatives of any other industries may also apply if their product has the potential for scaling.
In addition to funding, participants will complete an educational course consisting of three webinars:
- Scaling a Business: Growth Strategy;
- B2B Sales: How to Start Collaborating with Retail Leaders;
- How to Obtain a Government Grant: From Application to Project Implementation.
Based on the evaluation of business plans, the jury will select 30 finalists. They will present their projects during an online pitch session. Based on the results, 10 winners will each receive 1,000,000 hryvnias to implement their development strategy. The deadline for submitting applications is August 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.

Acting Minister of Digital Transformation Oleksandr Bornyakov has filed a lawsuit against People’s Deputy Danylo Getmantsev of the “Servant of the People” faction. The lawsuit concerns the protection of honor, dignity, and professional reputation. Details of the case have not yet been disclosed.
