The court dismissed the case against the former deputy head of OGHK due to the expiration of the statute of limitations

The High Anti-Corruption Court acquitted Yuriy Pertsev, former deputy head of OGHK, of criminal liability due to the expiration of the statute of limitations. The court did not reach a verdict in the case.

According to the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO), Pertsev, together with the company’s then-head Ruslan Zhurylo, organized the sale of titanium raw materials through affiliated foreign intermediaries. The investigation estimated the losses to the state-owned OGHK at $12.87 million.

The prosecutor objected to Pertsev’s release, arguing that the statute of limitations had not yet expired. In his view, because the joint actions attributed to Pertsev and Zhurylo continued, the statute of limitations would not expire until the end of 2026.

At the same time, the defense requested that Percev’s seized apartment, car, money, and phone be returned to him, and that the Ministry of Economy’s civil claim be dismissed.

Ruslan Zhurylo’s case has been suspended for the time being due to his military service.

This was reported by the Telegram channel Absolution Leaks.

The High Anti-Corruption Court arrested Kropiva’s representative with bail set at 15 million hryvnias.

Prosecutor General Kravchenko refused to resign voluntarily.

Prosecutor General Kravchenko disappeared after the start of the operation by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) and the Special Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO). According to UP’s sources in political circles, Kravchenko drove into the government quarter, after which no one has seen him.
