Video: In Odesa, a young man was beaten by the TCC and forcibly dragged out of his car
In Odesa, local Telegram channels are circulating a video in which, it is alleged, TCC officers used tear gas on a 19-year-old man and forcibly dragged him out of a taxi while kicking him.
In the video, the young man says he is 19 years old and asks them to stop beating him: “I’m 19 years old, don’t hit me, I feel sick, you’re killing me.”
So far, no official comments regarding the incident have been released by the Odesa Regional TCC, the Joint Operations Center, or law enforcement agencies. The circumstances of the incident and the authenticity of the circulating video recordings require official verification.
