Payments of 1,500 hryvnias to Ukrainians will begin on April 7
One-time payments of 1,500 hryvnias to Ukrainians will begin on April 7.
This was announced by Minister of Social Policy Denys Ulyutin.
According to him, there is no need to submit applications—the funds will be automatically credited to bank accounts or via Ukrposhta.
About 13 million Ukrainians will receive the payments, including pensioners and low-income individuals.
The minister noted that these funds are intended to help cover basic household expenses or a portion of utility bills.
According to him, such support is standard practice during crises and is aimed not only at helping citizens but also at supporting the economy.
As a reminder, as of the end of March 2026, approximately 4.4 million citizens are receiving monthly payments under the state program “National Cashback.”
