The High Council of Justice dismissed two judges
The High Council of Justice accepted the resignations of two judges from local general courts.
Yulia Makarova, a judge of the Svitlovodsk City and District Court in Kirovohrad Oblast, and Galina Podinovska, a judge of the Kakhovka City and District Court in Kherson Oblast, resigned at their own request.
The High Council of Justice adopted the relevant decisions after reviewing the materials regarding the judges’ dismissal under general circumstances.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy dismissed Kyrylo Fesyk from the position of head of the Obolon District State Administration in Kyiv. The corresponding order was published on August 20 on the head of state’s website, and Fesyk himself submitted his resignation.
On Wednesday, August 19, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy dismissed Iryna Mudra from her position as deputy head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
