The High Council of Justice dismissed six judges
During its regular meeting, the High Council of Justice adopted an official decision to accept the resignations of six judges from various courts.
The dismissal of these Ukrainian judges took place following their voluntary submission of resignation letters to the collegial body.
All submitted documents were reviewed in detail and approved by the council members in full compliance with current legislation.
According to the decision published by the state body, judges from various regions and levels of the country’s judicial system have left the judiciary.
In particular, Mykola Voynarivsky was dismissed from his position as a judge of the Mykolaiv District Court in Mykolaiv Oblast, and Inna Vorobyova was dismissed from her position as a judge of the Vinnytsia District Administrative Court.
Joining them in leaving the system is Natalia Novikova, a judge of the Tokmak District Court in Zaporizhzhia Oblast, who had previously been temporarily seconded to perform her duties at the Dnipro District Court in the city of Zaporizhzhia.
In addition, the High Council of Justice approved the resignations of three other judges who decided to end their professional careers in these positions.
Larysa Zhitnyak was officially dismissed from her position as a judge of the Chernihiv District Administrative Court, and Viktor Onufriyev was dismissed from his position as a judge of the Kropyvnytskyi Court of Appeals.
The last on this list was Iryna Parkhomenko, who voluntarily resigned from her position as a judge of the Novovodolazhsky District Court in Kharkiv Oblast.
All of these personnel changes take legal effect upon the signing of the relevant regulatory acts.
