A VARUS network warehouse in the Kyiv region was damaged as a result of an attack by the Russian Federation
On the night of August 30–31, Russian forces attacked a warehouse belonging to the VARUS supermarket chain in the Kyiv region. No employees were injured in the shelling, but a large quantity of merchandise was damaged or destroyed.
Due to the damage to the warehouse, there may be delays in deliveries and a temporary shortage of certain items on the shelves in the near future. The company’s partners’ nearby warehouse facilities also sustained damage.
The company emphasized that it is already restoring product deliveries, and all stores in the chain continue to operate as usual.

In Dnipro, a World Health Organization humanitarian warehouse was destroyed as a result of the attack. There were no people on the premises at the time of the strike, and no casualties were reported.
Over the past 24 hours, the occupiers lost 1,130 soldiers and more than 400 pieces of military equipment.
In the Kherson region, one person was killed and two were wounded as a result of Russian shelling.
