Rain is possible in the south of the country, as well as at night in the Kharkiv region and most central regions. At the same time, the day will remain dry in many other regions.

In most western regions, there will be fog in some areas at night and in the morning. As a result, visibility may be reduced on certain sections of the roads. The wind will be predominantly northeasterly, with speeds of 5–10 m/s. In the south and southeast, stronger gusts of up to 15–20 m/s are possible during the day.

The night will be quite cool. In most regions, temperatures will range from 5–10° above zero. During the day, temperatures will rise to 15–20°. It will be warmest in Zakarpattia, where temperatures may reach up to +24°.

In the south and southeast, nighttime temperatures will be higher—9–14°. Daytime highs there are expected to reach 18–23°. It will be cooler in the Carpathians. Overnight temperatures will range from 1–6° above zero, and daytime highs will be 10–15°.

Monday will be dry in Kyiv and the surrounding region. Partly cloudy skies are expected, with a northeasterly wind of 5–10 m/s. In the capital, nighttime temperatures will range from 8–10° above zero. During the day, temperatures will rise to 18–20°.

In the Kyiv region, temperatures are expected to be 5–10° above zero at night and 15–20° during the day. Overall, September 28 will be moderately warm across Ukraine.
