An additional Intercity train has been scheduled from Kyiv to Lutsk
Ukrzaliznytsia has scheduled an additional Intercity high-speed train No. 755/756 on the Kyiv–Lutsk route. It will run on the weekends of September 18–20 and 25–27, allowing passengers to travel from Kyiv to Volyn and back.
Ukrzaliznytsia has scheduled an additional Intercity high-speed train No. 755/756, which will connect Kyiv and Lutsk. The additional trips have been organized for two weekends in September. The train will run from Friday through Sunday, September 18–20 and 25–27. This schedule should be convenient for those planning a weekend trip and wanting to spend a few days in Lutsk or other cities in Volyn.
Kyiv–Lutsk Train Schedule
Intercity No. 755 will depart from Kyiv at 7:26 a.m. The train will arrive in Lutsk at 1:00 p.m. Thus, the trip will take about five and a half hours. Passengers will be able to arrive in Lutsk during the day and have plenty of time to explore the city or continue their journey through Volyn.
In the opposite direction, Train No. 756 will depart from Lutsk at 4:17 p.m. It will arrive in Kyiv at 9:41 p.m. This allows passengers to spend a few hours in Lutsk even during a short trip, and those staying for the weekend can return to the capital in the evening.
Where the Intercity Will Stop
The route includes stops in several cities. The train will stop in:
- Fastiv
- Berdychev
- Shepetivka
- Zdolbuniv
- Rivne
Therefore, the additional train will be convenient not only for passengers traveling specifically to Lutsk. People from cities along the route will also be able to use it. The additional Intercity train has been scheduled specifically for the weekend, when demand for intercity travel traditionally increases. In this way, Ukrzaliznytsia is increasing the number of seats on the Kyiv–Lutsk route in September.
