Glitch in "Reserve+": The Ministry of Defense explains when the app will be back online
On April 1, users of the "Reserve+" app encountered technical issues: the app is temporarily unavailable and keeps prompting users to update to a version that is not currently available.
This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
“We apologize for the inconvenience. The technical team is working to restore stable operation of ‘Reserve+,’” the ministry noted.
Service is expected to resume within 24 hours.
Currently, an electronic military registration document can be generated through the “Diya” portal.
The Ministry of Defense also reports that it continues to expand the list of deferrals from mobilization that can be processed online in “Reserve+.” In particular, citizens with multiple children can now submit a request.
As a reminder, on Wednesday, April 1, users of the “Reserve+” mobile app encountered widespread service issues.
Previously, in the “Reserve+” app, some users saw the notation “VOS-999. Requires completion of basic general military training” appear in their electronic military registration document.
