Zelenskyy signed laws on investment disputes and the Memorial to the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed two laws, one of which is intended to attract foreign investment, while the other removes obstacles to the construction of the National Memorial Complex to the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred—the Museum of the Revolution of Dignity

This was reported by the Verkhovna Rada on Telegram.

The law in question is No. 4856-IX, which allows for the adjudication of international investment disputes in Ukraine.

Parliament noted that the document is intended to help attract foreign investment, support post-war reconstruction, and enhance Ukraine’s appeal as a venue for resolving commercial disputes.

The second signed document—Law No. 4865-IX—aims to remove bureaucratic and regulatory obstacles to the construction of the Heavenly Hundred Heroes Memorial.

The document provides for the creation of a special legal regime, the possibility of allocating a land plot on the Alley of the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred, and the completion of the construction of the memorial complex and museum.

Earlier, a bill was registered in the Verkhovna Rada that provides for administrative liability for paid services in the fields of magic, fortune-telling, and psychic abilities.

On May 14, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted in the first reading draft law No. 15167, which provides for the creation of a special fund for a military levy. According to the document, all proceeds from this levy will be used exclusively for the financial support of Ukrainian Armed Forces personnel.

On May 14, the Ukrainian parliament approved amendments to the Statute of the Garrison and Guard Services of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
