Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that in the coming days he will hear additional reports from law enforcement agencies regarding the investigation into the assassination attempt on businessman Vadym Yermolayev in Monaco, after which he will brief the public on the progress of the case

The high-profile explosion occurred in late June in a residential building in Monaco, injuring Dnipro-based businessman Vadym Yermolayev, his companion, and his son. Currently, Ukrainian and international law enforcement agencies are investigating the circumstances of the crime, as well as the events surrounding the subsequent death in Ukraine of the suspect in this assassination attempt.

The Head of State made this statement during a conversation with journalists, according to the publication “Ukrinform.”

As a reminder, a hearing was held at the Pechersk District Court in Kyiv to determine a pretrial detention measure for Vitaliy Zhikovych—the second suspect in the case of the murder of Anastasia Berezovskaya, who planted a bomb on businessman Vadym Yermolayev in Monaco.
