Zelenskyy appointed Kostyantyn Humenyuk as commander of the Medical Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree appointing Kostyantyn Humenyuk as commander of the Medical Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
This is stated in the relevant decree.
Zelenskyy has appointed a new interim head of the State Border Guard Service.
Earlier, Zelenskyy conferred the highest diplomatic rank on Stefanchuk.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy also dismissed Andriy Kuzmenko from his post as Ukraine’s ambassador to Qatar. The head of state signed the corresponding decree on August 25, 2026.
