Zelenskyy appointed Oleksiy Sobolev as deputy head of the Presidential Office
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has appointed former Minister of Economy Oleksiy Sobolev as deputy head of the Office of the President. The corresponding decree has already been signed.
In his new position, Sobolev will be responsible for economic policy and coordinating the work of the government, regions, businesses, and international partners. He will also oversee the preparation and implementation of Ukraine’s post-war recovery plan.
According to the president, the main tasks include supporting the economy and Ukrainian entrepreneurs, preserving jobs, and creating new opportunities for business development.

The Cabinet of Ministers has appointed Kateryna Rudnyk as Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister of Ukraine. The government adopted the corresponding decree on July 27.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy appointed Major General Mykhailo Drapaty, commander of the Joint Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, replacing Oleksandr Syrskyi.
