New Head of the Patrol Police Appointed
Maksym Tsutsikiridze, Acting Head of the National Police of Ukraine, introduced the new Chief of the Patrol Police Department, Oleksiy Biloshitsky, to the staff. Prior to this appointment, he served as First Deputy Chief of the same department.
Biloshitsky was one of the founders of the patrol police, played a direct role in shaping the legislative framework, developing the automated traffic violation detection system, and implementing new operational standards.
Following the start of the full-scale invasion, he participated in the creation and development of the “Predator” combat brigade within the Patrol Police and oversaw the expansion of its unmanned aerial vehicle and aerial reconnaissance units.
The newly appointed chief thanked the leadership for their trust and assured them that he would make every effort to uphold the principles of the service and continue to improve it.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has appointed former Minister of Economy Oleksiy Sobolev as Deputy Head of the Office of the President. The corresponding decree has already been signed.
