93 battles took place today on the Pokrovsk and Lyman axes
Since the beginning of the day, 93 combat engagements have been recorded on the front. The hottest areas are the Pokrovsk and Lyman directions, where Russian forces are conducting the largest number of attacks. This is stated in the General Staff’s report.
The most attacks today occurred in the east — there, Russian troops are trying to advance simultaneously in several directions.
In the north, areas of Sumy region came under fire — Volfyne, Rohizne, Kucherivka, Malushyne, and Seredyna-Buda. On the Northern Slobozhanske and Kursk directions, the occupiers opened fire 112 times, including with rocket systems.
In Kharkiv region, the situation is also tense. One attack was recorded near Kolodiazne, and on the Kupiansk axis, the enemy attempted four times to push Ukrainian forces from positions near Pishchane, Nova Kruhliakivka, and Kurylivka. Two battles there are still ongoing.
The most intense clashes are on the Lyman axis: 19 attacks took place here today. Russian forces are storming positions near Serednie, Zarichne, Drobysheve, and moving toward Druzelubivka, Novoserhiivka, Lyman, and other settlements. According to the military, fighting continues in at least ten locations.
The occupiers have also intensified activity on the Sloviansk axis — five attacks took place here, and on the Kramatorsk axis, Ukrainian forces repelled two attacks and are holding back two more.
On the Kostiantynivka axis, the enemy attempted 12 breakthroughs. Fighting occurred near Shcherbynivka, Pleshchiivka, Yablunivka, and on the approaches to Kostiantynivka, Stepanivka, and Sofiivka. One more battle in this area is still ongoing.
The hottest axis of the day is Pokrovsk. Russian forces have already attempted to advance 22 times. Ukrainian defenders repelled 16 attacks, while the remaining battles continue near Nykanorivka, Kotlyne, Udachne, Novomykolaivka, and toward Bilytske, Myrnohrad, and Novopavlivka.
On the Oleksandrivka axis, the enemy carried out 11 assaults, all of which were stopped by Ukrainian forces.
In the south, the situation is no less tense: on the Huliaypole axis, defenders repelled nine attacks, and one more near Novoandriivka on the Orikhiv axis. On the Dnipro axis, four assaults took place. There are no significant changes on the rest of the front.
