A drone attack damaged critical infrastructure in Mykolaiv region
On 19 February, Russian forces attacked the Snihurivka community in Mykolaiv region with unmanned aerial vehicles, resulting in damage to a critical infrastructure facility.
This was reported by Ivan Kukhta, head of the Snihurivka City Military Administration.
“Russian UAVs attacked a critical infrastructure facility within the community. The extent of the damage to the equipment and the exact timeline for restoring electricity supply are being determined,” he said.
According to Kukhta, specialists are currently assessing the consequences of the strike. Further updates on the situation will be provided later.
Meanwhile, Defence Intelligence of the United Kingdom has analysed Russia’s strategy of aerial attacks against Ukraine.
Earlier, Russian forces attacked two districts of Dnipropetrovsk region with artillery and drones. Ukrainian air defence units also shot down 29 enemy UAVs.
