Fighters from the 1st Corps of the National Guard's "Azov" unit carried out strikes on the logistics routes of Russian occupation forces in the area of the temporarily occupied city of Mariupol.
The Ukrainian military released a video of combat operations on the Mariupol–Taganrog and Mariupol–Volnovakha highways, which Russian troops use to supply their units in the southern sector.
The unit stated that pilots are already carrying out combat missions near the Russian border, striking the occupiers’ targets.
“The territory of Ukraine must be free of Russian troops. The most reliable way to achieve this is to bring the ‘sanitary zone’ for enemy logistics closer to the Russian Federation itself and the occupied Crimea,” Azov noted.
They also emphasized that the Azov region will no longer be safe for Russian occupiers.
As a reminder, Russia attacked a substation in the Kramatorsk district with an FPV drone.
In the Zolochiv community of the Kharkiv region, a Russian drone attacked the Hryhorii Skovoroda National Literary and Memorial Museum.
