“As a result of the Russian Federation’s missile strike on Kyiv, our warehouse was directly hit and destroyed,” Rikky Hype stated.

Despite significant material losses and the destruction of production infrastructure, management and staff expressed relief that there were no casualties.

“Last night, the enemy destroyed everything we had built over the past nine years. A direct rocket strike destroyed two floors and 1,000 square meters of our entire product inventory. We are grateful that no employees were harmed,” reads a post on the brand’s official Facebook page.

Due to the emergency, management is forced to make significant changes to the current operating schedule of its retail network.

Rikky Hype also announced that the company’s website will be suspended for several days. Regarding orders already placed on the site, customers will be contacted within two days.

Despite the critical situation with the logistics hub, the brand is striving to maintain its offline retail operations and initiate processes for the rapid restoration of lost capacity.

Physical retail locations across the country will continue to serve customers.

“We still have our main production facility; our fabric inventory; and all our outsourced contractors are ready to get back to work,” the company added.

In addition, the company is offering customers the opportunity to purchase support certificates, which can be converted into promo codes once the online store resumes operations.
