Russian troops struck Dnipro again. The attack damaged a food processing plant that had already been hit in a previous shelling. A fire broke out at the plant.
“The enemy has attacked Dnipro again. The same facility that had already been damaged in a previous strike has been damaged once more. A fire broke out,” wrote the head of the Regional Military Administration.
According to preliminary reports, two people were killed as a result of the second Russian attack.
Two more people were injured.
The circumstances of the strike and other consequences of the Russian attack on Dnipro are currently being investigated.

On the evening of September 9, Russian forces attacked Khmelnytskyi. After debris from a downed aerial target fell on the grounds of one of the markets, a fire broke out, and a secondary explosion occurred while rescue workers were on the scene. Four State Emergency Service employees were injured in the explosion.
A fire broke out at one of the markets in Khmelnytskyi following yet another drone attack. Mayor Oleksandr Symchyshyn reported that information regarding possible casualties is currently being verified.
On the night of September 9, Russian troops attacked Kryvyi Rih with strike drones. The enemy attack caused fires and damage in the city’s Central-City and Saksagansk districts. As of 6:44 a.m., five casualties have been reported.
In Novy Urengoy, Russia, authorities reported that a gas condensate processing plant had been hit. Following this, the Ukrainian company Fire Point published a cryptic statement about drones that allegedly traveled over 3,300 km and struck the target.
