On the night of September 11, Ukrainian defense forces struck the Russian “Volgogradpromproekt” plant, which specializes in the production of chemical products. OSINT analysts have released satellite images showing the aftermath of the strike.
According to the Exilenova+ project, one of Ukraine’s FP-5 “Flamingo” cruise missiles struck the plant’s main workshop. The strike completely destroyed a section of the building measuring approximately 20 by 15 meters.
Fire Point, the company that manufactures the “Flamingo” missiles, also confirmed the use of the FP-5. According to the company, the strike caused a separate annex building, measuring about 380 square meters, to collapse completely.
At the same time, not all rockets reached their targets. OSINT analysts documented a crater near the plant, which they estimate was formed by the impact of another FP-5.
“Volgogradpromproekt” manufactures specialty chemical products, including organophosphorus compounds, flame retardants, resins, and other components for industrial use. The company’s products are used, among other things, in Russia’s aviation, shipbuilding, and specialized industries.
The plant also produces ferrocene-containing combustion catalysts and develops technologies for the production of chemical substances.

On the night of September 10–11, the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck the Saratov Oil Refinery in Russia. Fires were reported on the plant’s premises following the attack.
As of the morning of September 10, 2026, the Russian army’s total personnel losses since the start of the full-scale invasion amount to approximately 1,502,390 soldiers. In the past 24 hours alone, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Russia lost another 1,520 servicemen.
The day before, 221 combat engagements were recorded on the front lines over the course of 24 hours. The enemy carried out the most attacks in the Pokrovsk direction, where the Defense Forces repelled 21 assaults, and Russian troops lost more than 60 occupiers.
