The General Staff updated the Russian Federation's casualties for the past 24 hours and reported that 1,260 invaders had been eliminated
Over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian defenders have killed 1,260 Russian soldiers, according to the General Staff. Data on enemy equipment losses as of June 24 has also been updated.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has updated the losses of the Russian occupiers as of the morning of Wednesday, June 24, 2026:
- personnel – approximately 1,395,790 (+1,260) individuals;
- tanks – 12,056 (+6);
- armored combat vehicles – 24,816 (+4);
- artillery systems – 44,664 (+60);
- multiple launch rocket systems – 1,889 (+2);
- air defense systems – 1,440 (+3);
- aircraft – 436 (+0);
- helicopters – 353 (+0);
- ground-based robotic systems – 1,726 (+7) units;
- operational-tactical UAVs – 369,888 (+1,873) units;
- cruise missiles – 4,787 (+0) units;
- ships/boats – 33 (+0);
- submarines – 2 (+0) units;
- Vehicles and tanker trucks – 111,257 (+430) units;
- special equipment – 4,333 (+4) units

As a reminder, drones struck 193 Russian trucks near occupied Crimea over the course of five days.
Earlier, on June 16, the Southern District Military Court in Rostov-on-Don handed down sentences to two Ukrainian prisoners of war from the “Azov” battalion, sentencing them to 17 and 20 years of imprisonment in a penal colony.
Russia has handed down yet another round of sentences to Ukrainian prisoners of war. The Southern District Military Court in Rostov-on-Don sentenced six defenders of Ukraine to terms ranging from 12 to 19 years in a strict-regime penal colony.
