The General Staff reported 277 combat engagements over the past 24 hours

Over the past 24 hours, 277 combat engagements took place on the front lines. Russian forces carried out 83 airstrikes and dropped 287 guided bombs, as well as deployed 7,467 kamikaze drones and carried out 2,469 shelling attacks.

 

In particular, the following settlements came under enemy shelling: Bezsalivka, Korenok, Ulanove, Rohizne, Tovstodubove, Potapivka, Sopych, Kucherivka, Fotovizh, Volfyne, Malushyne, Rudenka, Khrinivka, Yastrubshchyna, Neskuchne, Bachivsk, and Nova Sloboda in Sumy Oblast; as well as Mykhalchyna-Sloboda and Krasnyi Khutir in Chernihiv Oblast. Tovstodubove was hit by an airstrike.

Over the past 24 hours, the Defense Forces’ aviation, missile forces, and artillery struck an area where enemy personnel were concentrated, as well as the occupiers’ artillery system.

In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors, eight enemy assaults were recorded over the past day. The aggressor carried out one airstrike using three guided bombs and fired on our troops’ positions and populated areas 58 times, six of which involved the use of multiple-launch rocket systems.

In the Southern Slobozhansky direction, Ukrainian units repelled 11 enemy attacks. The invaders attempted to advance toward the settlements of Ternova, Starytsia, Vovchansk, Karaichne, Mala Vovcha, Ozerne, and Obukhivka.

In the Kupiansk sector, the enemy made three attempts to improve its positions by launching assaults toward Kurylivka, Novoosynove, and Kivsharivka.

Attempts to breach our defenses were repelled in the Lyman sector, where the occupiers launched 15 attacks toward the settlements of Novoselivka, Drobysheve, Lyman, Maslyakivka, Dibrova, and Shyikivka.

In the Sloviansk sector, the enemy carried out six assaults in the area of Yampil, Starodubivka, and Mykolaivka.

In the Kramatorsk sector, the enemy attacked in the direction of Yurkivka.

In the Kostiantynivka sector, 30 attacks were recorded. The invaders carried out assaults in the areas around the settlements of Kostiantynivka and toward Ivanopil, Novoselivka, Mykolaypil, Stepanivka, Novopavlivka, Raiske, Toretsk, Vilne, and Stepiv.

The enemy carried out 23 attacks in the Pokrovsk direction. The occupiers attempted to advance toward the settlements of Svitle, Novyi Donbas, Bilytske, Novohryshyne, Hulyve, Serhiivka, Molodetske, Muravka, and Novopavlivka.

In the Oleksandrivka sector, the enemy did not carry out any assault operations.

In the Huliaipole sector, the occupiers attacked the positions of our defenders ten times. The enemy attempted to advance toward the settlements of Rizdvyanka and Kopani.

In the Orikhiv sector, the enemy attempted seven times to improve its positions toward Zarichne, Novoandriivka, Pavlivka, and Primorske.

In the Dnipro sector, the occupiers attacked in the direction of Marhanets and Dniprovske.

In the Volyn and Polissya sectors, no signs of the enemy forming offensive groups were detected.

In total, over the past day, the losses of the Russian invaders amounted to 1,540 personnel. Additionally, 15 armored combat vehicles, 24 artillery systems, two multiple-launch rocket systems, four air defense systems, an aircraft (confirmed from the previous period), four ground-based robotic systems, 792 unmanned aerial vehicles, 229 enemy vehicles, and three units of special equipment.

As a reminder, during Operation Vivaldi, robots laid 400 meters of minefields.

Border guards also destroyed the latest Geran-5 jet drone.

Earlier, the military demonstrated the downing of a Geran-5 using the new STING interceptor.
