Kharkiv was hit by about 30 drone strikes overnight
On the night of June 10, Russian forces attacked Kharkiv with strike drones, launching approximately 30 strikes on the city. According to preliminary reports, at least five people are known to have been injured, and that number may rise. Emergency services are working at the sites of the strikes.
According to Oleg Synyegubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, the enemy launched 26 drone strikes on Kharkiv during the night and early morning of June 10. Damage was reported in the Kholodnohirskyi district, which was hit hardest, as well as in the Kyivskyi district.
Sinehubov reported a fire in the Kholodnohirskyi district, and footage from the Kharkiv Regional State Administration shows a large plume of smoke rising from the site of the incident.
Regarding the casualties, Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported five people, most of whom were elderly. The head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, in turn, wrote about a 68-year-old and an 81-year-old woman, both of whom suffered acute stress reactions.
“A 35-year-old woman also suffered an acute stress reaction as a result of the shelling in the Kholodnohirskyi district. Medical personnel provided assistance on the spot,” the official added. His latest report concerned a 42-year-old woman who suffered the same consequences of the shelling—an acute stress reaction. She was also assisted by medical personnel.
On the evening of June 9, Russian forces carried out a drone attack on Kharkiv. Several explosions were heard in the city, with strikes recorded in various districts.
Mykolaiv came under attack again by Russian drones, which struck the city and the region. An administrative building was damaged as a result of the shelling, but there were no casualties. The enemy also repeatedly attacked communities in the region with FPV drones and artillery.
The Zaporizhzhia region endured one of the most intense attacks in recent times, as Russian troops launched hundreds of strikes on dozens of settlements. One man was killed and two others were wounded as a result of the shelling. Both frontline communities and areas further inland came under fire.
