The seaport in Yeysk, located in Russia, came under attack by drones
On the night of April 18–19, unidentified drones attacked the Krasnodar Krai, where the seaport in the city of Yeysk was the likely target. Local residents reported explosions and a fire in the area of the port infrastructure, which began around 10:20 p.m. Kyiv time.

Despite footage of smoke and fire circulating on social media, representatives of the region’s operational headquarters deny that a fire broke out. Russian authorities claim that only UAV debris fell in the area of the facility and that there were no casualties among personnel or the population. Operational and special services are currently working at the scene of the incident to determine the circumstances.
In addition to Yeysk, Russian air defense systems were activated over the cities of Sochi and Gelendzhik, where drone flights were also detected. Information regarding potential damage or strikes in other settlements in the region is currently being verified. This is not the first instance of strikes against the aggressor’s logistics centers and oil depots, which are used to support military operations.
On the night of Sunday, April 19, missiles struck the “ATLANT AERO” facility in the city of Taganrog on Russian territory. The strike hit a plant engaged in the development and production of “Molniya”-type strike and reconnaissance drones, as well as components for the “Orion” UAV.
Additionally, on April 18, Ukrainian forces destroyed a Russian TOS-1A “Sontsepok” heavy flamethrower system in the temporarily occupied territory of Zaporizhzhia Oblast.
Ukrainian defenders carried out a successful strike on enemy logistics hubs, destroying fuel tankers near the temporarily occupied city of Luhansk.
In the Russian city of Tuapse in the Krasnodar Krai, explosions were heard on the night of April 16 amid a drone attack. The strikes may have targeted tanks at the Tuapse Oil Refinery, which is owned by Rosneft.
