At a checkpoint near Chernihiv, a soldier was handed a burger laced with explosives

At one of the checkpoints on the road out of Chernihiv toward Kyiv, military personnel discovered a homemade explosive device hidden in food. According to preliminary information, an unknown woman handed over the burger, after which it was inspected and the dangerous object was found.

This was reported by “CHELINE,” citing its own sources in military circles.

According to the publication, a woman drove up to the checkpoint and, under the pretext of thanking the soldiers, handed over several bags of food from McDonald’s. She then left the scene.

The soldiers, following safety protocols, moved the bags to a safe distance from the personnel and the checkpoint.

According to the publication’s sources, the bags contained a homemade explosive device hidden inside a burger.

As a reminder, the Russians struck a food processing plant in Pavlohrad.

Losses incurred by Russian retailers from the July 22 drone attacks on Wildberries warehouses in Krasnodar and Nevinnomyssk could amount to approximately 100–120 billion rubles (1.27–1.53 billion U.S. dollars), assuming the warehouses were fully stocked and most of the goods were destroyed.

On the night of July 18, Ukrainian UAVs attacked the Russian Wildberries logistics center in Elektrostal, near Moscow, and in the Tomsk region.
