122 Clashes on Frontline, Huliaipole Most Active
In the past 24 hours, Ukrainian forces repelled 122 enemy attacks along the entire front line, with the heaviest fighting in the Huliaipole and Kostiantynivka directions. Russian forces used airstrikes, kamikaze drones, and artillery, but Ukrainian defenders inflicted systematic losses, the General Staff reported.
In total, the enemy carried out 54 airstrikes, dropped 191 guided bombs, deployed 4,151 kamikaze drones, and shelled positions and settlements 2,821 times.
On the northern front, Russian forces attacked twice in the North Slobozhansky and Kursk directions (88 shelling attacks, including one with MLRS). In Kharkiv region, they assaulted Zybyn and launched three attacks near Podoly and Hlushkivka.
In the east, Lyman saw seven attacks, Sloviansk six, Kostiantynivka 20 (three ongoing), while Kramatorsk saw no assaults. Pokrovsk faced 16 attacks, resulting in 28 enemy casualties, 13 wounded, destruction of four special equipment units, a tank, a UAV command post, and 14 enemy shelters.
The south was most active in Huliaipole with 24 attacks, including strikes on Vozdvyzhivka, Kopani, Rivne, Novoukrainka, Lybytske, Novoselivka, and Rizdvyanka. Other areas remained stable.
Ukrainian forces continue to control the situation and prevent enemy advances. “Defense forces systematically strike the enemy, exhausting its potential,” the General Staff said.
Separately, the National Security and Defence Council debunked Russian claims of an offensive on Sumy. In Zaporizhzhia, Ukrainian troops destroyed a Merlin-VR drone.
