10 people were injured during a Russian attack on an administrative building in Odesa
The number of people injured as a result of the Russian attack on Odesa has risen to ten. Among the injured are two rescue workers.
The strike hit an 11-story administrative building. According to Marina Averina, a spokesperson for the State Emergency Service in Odesa Oblast, no one was inside at the time.
Half an hour after the first strike, when rescue workers and other emergency services were on the scene, a second strike hit the same building. The rescue workers were injured during this strike.

As a reminder, the attack damaged the facade and windows of the administrative building. A fire spread across several floors. Cleanup efforts are ongoing at the site.
On September 18, Russian troops attacked the Kremenchuk district of Poltava Oblast. Two people were injured in the strike and were hospitalized with moderate injuries.
On the morning of September 17, Russian troops struck the “Epicenter” shopping center in Kharkiv. As a result of the attack, the building sustained significant damage and caught fire.
