In the Odesa region, a gas station and an energy facility were damaged following a nighttime attack by Russia

On the night of July 8, Russian troops launched a massive attack on the Odesa region using strike drones. The attack damaged three gas stations and an energy infrastructure facility

According to Oleg Kipper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, the nighttime attack damaged three gas stations in the southern part of the region, where fires broke out. Russian forces also struck an energy infrastructure facility. According to preliminary reports, no one was injured as a result of this attack.

“Meanwhile, the number of casualties from the evening missile attack on Odesa has risen to 11. Nine people have been hospitalized; the condition of one of them—a 48-year-old man—remains critical. Medical personnel are providing the necessary care,” Kipper said.

Emergency and municipal services are working at the sites of the enemy strikes, and efforts to address the aftermath of the attacks are ongoing. Law enforcement officials are documenting yet another war crime committed by the Russian Federation against the civilian population.

As a reminder, in Odesa, the number of casualties from the Russian strike has risen to 11, with one person in critical condition.

On July 7, Russian troops attacked Odesa with a ballistic missile equipped with a cluster warhead.
