Fighting continues in the Sumy region; Russian forces have advanced near Myropil
In the Sumy region, Russian troops have managed to advance near the village of Myropilsk. Meanwhile, fighting continues in the Mariino area.
According to Tregubov, the enemy has not reached Novodmytrivka, and the situation in that direction remains tense.
This was reported by Viktor Tregubov, spokesperson for the Joint Forces Operation, in a comment to Ukrinform regarding the operational situation in these settlements.
"Regarding Myropilskyi—yes, there is an advance," he noted.
The spokesperson clarified that the enemy did not reach Novodmytrivka, and fighting continues in the Mariino area.
"Fighting is taking place in the Maryine area; it’s essentially a stalemate there," Tregubov added.
According to DeepState, the enemy has advanced near Myropil, Maryino, and Novodmytrivka in the Sumy region.
