Mobile gas stations will be launched in the Sumy region due to damage to gas stations
A network of mobile gas stations is being launched in the Trostyanets community in Sumy Oblast. This decision was made due to damage to stationary gas stations caused by systematic Russian shelling.
According to the city council, stationary gas stations within the community have been damaged, so it was decided to set up mobile fueling stations to ensure residents have access to fuel.
“Due to the damage to gas stations within the community, a network of mobile fuel sales points will be deployed to supply the population with fuel,” the city council stated.
Fuel will be sold from small mobile fuel trucks.
The mobile gas stations will regularly change locations to ensure residents of various settlements within the community have access to fuel.
Information about the locations of the mobile gas stations and their movements will be published on the Telegram channel “Trostyanets City Council/Questions for the Mayor.”
At the same time, authorities announced several important conditions for the operation of the mobile gas stations: fuel will be sold only for cash, and sales will be temporarily suspended during air raid alerts.
The introduction of mobile gas stations is intended to help ensure that residents of the Trostyanets community have access to fuel despite the consequences of Russian attacks on civilian infrastructure.
This was reported by the Trostyanets City Council.
