In the Zaporizhzhia region, 13 people were wounded in shelling over the past day

Over the past 24 hours, Russian troops wounded 13 people, including two children, as a result of attacks on Zaporizhzhia and the Zaporizhzhia district.

According to Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, the occupiers carried out a total of 1,041 strikes on 54 settlements in the region.

The Russian army carried out 25 airstrikes on Zaporizhzhia and a number of settlements in the region, deployed 729 drones of various types—primarily FPV drones—and launched 286 artillery strikes.

In addition, one attack by a multiple launch rocket system on the village of Shcherbaky was recorded.

On the night of July 19, Russian forces launched a ballistic missile strike on Kyiv. One person was killed and eight others were wounded as a result of the attack. Damage and fires were reported in five districts of the capital.

Over the course of July 17, Russian forces launched strikes on Kharkiv and 29 other settlements in the Kharkiv region. Two people were killed and 18 others were injured in the shelling; among the casualties were five children.

Throughout the day on July 17, the Chernihiv region came under attack from enemy drones. Fires broke out in several districts at once but have already been extinguished by Ukrainian rescue workers.
