A transportation infrastructure facility caught fire in the Zhytomyr region due to attacks by the Russian Federation
As a result of Russian attacks on September 20 in the Zhytomyr region, a fire broke out at a transportation infrastructure facility, and dry grass also caught fire. There were no fatalities or injuries as a result of the shelling. This was reported by Vitaliy Bunechko, head of the Zhytomyr Regional Military Administration.
Due to the threat of further strikes, rescue workers were unable to immediately begin extinguishing the fire. Bomb disposal experts from the State Emergency Service were also on the scene searching for explosive devices.

The death toll from Russian attacks in the Kyiv region has risen to four. A child who was wounded during a strike on the Vyshhorod district died in the hospital. Among the dead are three children and a woman.
Due to the fires in the Kyiv region, smoke and the smell of burning may be present in the capital.
