Video: During Operation Vivaldi, ground robots were deployed behind enemy lines for the first time
During Operation "Vivaldi," soldiers of the Third Army Corps carried out a flanking maneuver and, for the first time in history, deployed ground robots behind enemy lines. Heavy bombers dropped kamikaze robots deep into enemy territory.
To ensure the success of the offensive, Ukrainian air defense and electronic warfare forces jammed Russian drones to prevent the enemy from uncovering the operation’s plan. The corps noted that the infantry wins the war, but to save the lives of soldiers, robotic vehicles are sent into battle first.
The Third Army Corps reported this on Telegram.
Ukrainian defense forces liberated Shandryholove and Derylove in the Donetsk region and established full control over Drobyshev. This was reported by Andriy Biletsky, commander of the Third Army Corps. According to him, this took place as part of the “Vivaldi” offensive operation.
As part of Operation “Vivaldi,” Ukrainian forces are continuing their offensive operations in the north of the Donetsk region. Over the course of the week, the Defense Forces made further advances, including clearing and liberating several settlements.
