Russia's night attack: Air defence forces destroyed 104 out of 122 attack drones
On the night of 30 November, Russian forces attacked Ukraine with two Iskander-M ballistic missiles and 122 attack drones of various types. Air defence units neutralised 104 aerial targets.
This was reported by the Ukrainian Air Force.
The occupiers launched the missiles from temporarily occupied Crimea, while the drones were sent from the regions of Oryol, Kursk, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk, and from Hvardiyske in Crimea. The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile units, electronic warfare and unmanned systems units, as well as mobile fire groups of the Defence Forces.
As a result of combat operations, air defence destroyed 104 Russian drones of various types over the northern, southern and eastern regions of the country. The military also recorded ballistic missile strikes and 18 strike UAVs at 13 locations, as well as the fall of downed targets and their debris at two additional sites.
During the drone strike on Vyshhorod on the night of 30 November, one person was killed and 19 were injured, including four children.
Earlier, on the night of 29 November, Russian forces launched a combined strike on Kyiv using drones, as well as ballistic and cruise missiles.
Later, updated data on the consequences of the massive 29 November attack were released: the death toll rose to two, and the number of injured to 15.
