Russia struck Pavlograd: a shopping center is on fire, with eight people already injured

Russian troops struck Pavlohrad in the Dnipropetrovsk region. The attack caused a massive fire at a shopping center.

According to Oleksandr Ganzha, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, the number of casualties has risen to eight. Two people are in critical condition—a 33-year-old man and a 53-year-old woman—who have been hospitalized.

Emergency services are on the scene; efforts to address the aftermath of the Russian strike are ongoing, and further details are being verified.

As a reminder, Russian drones attacked the Chernihiv region, damaging a gas station and a resort.

Russia launched a ballistic missile strike on Kyiv on the afternoon of July 24, although such attacks usually occur at night. An expert believes this may have been an attempt to wear down Ukraine’s air defense, a show of force, or the result of a technical delay in the missile launch.

Russian troops shot and killed a Ukrainian prisoner of war in the Donetsk region.
