Invaders attacked residential areas in Vinnytsia region: dozens of houses damaged

On the night of 26 February, Russian invaders carried out a massive combined strike on the territory of Vinnytsia region, using missiles and attack drones.

The main impact hit civilian infrastructure, resulting in significant damage to around 20 private homes in several settlements across the region.

The head of the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration, Nataliya Zabolotna, confirmed that the enemy attack injured one woman, who is currently receiving the necessary medical care.

The scale of damage to the residential sector is considerable: windows were blown out by the shockwaves and debris, entrance doors were destroyed, and roofs were damaged.
In some homes, the force of the explosions caused critical cracks in load-bearing walls, which require additional inspection by specialists to assess the safety of further habitation.

From early morning, communal services, emergency responders, and local authorities have been working at the sites of the strikes and falling debris to record the damage.

It should be recalled that Russia has previously struck Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Zaporizhzhia with drones and missiles, causing dozens of casualties.
Russian forces also attacked 36 settlements in Sumy region.
