The occupiers used drones to attack workers who were repairing the road
Russian occupation forces launched a targeted drone strike on a road repair site. As a result of the enemy strike, 10 pieces of specialized road equipment were completely destroyed.
A civilian repair crew, which was carrying out important tasks to ensure proper transportation links for local communities, came under enemy fire. In addition, these specialists were restoring logistics routes used for humanitarian transport and Ukraine’s critical defense needs. Fortunately, thanks to adherence to safety protocols, none of the road service workers were harmed as a result of this attack—there are no injuries or fatalities among the personnel.

The relevant ministry strongly condemned the occupiers’ actions, emphasizing that the enemy continues to deliberately target civilians who ensure the country’s daily functioning. The ministry also added that despite the constant threat of shelling, the restoration of Ukrainian roads continues. Currently, following the completion of large-scale scheduled repairs of winter damage on major highways, road services have focused their efforts as much as possible on frontline routes and highways that are of strategic importance for efficient logistics and the support of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
This was reported by the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine.
