Occupiers launch round-the-clock assaults on Pokrovsk and suffer heavy losses
Russian forces have concentrated their main efforts in the southern areas of Pokrovsk, but small enemy groups operate across the entire agglomeration, according to Serhiy Okishev, spokesperson for the 7th Rapid Reaction Corps of the Ukrainian Air Assault Forces.
Okishev stated that the Defensive Forces actively destroy enemy groups attempting to infiltrate the city and establish positions. Reconnaissance-strike units neutralize the enemy on the spot, while round-the-clock aerial reconnaissance tracks Russian movements.
“Recon-strike groups detect and eliminate the enemy on site. Aerial reconnaissance also operates continuously,” he said.
Regarding the situation in the city, Okishev emphasized that assaults continue without pause. Russian forces suffer significant losses daily, with at least dozens of occupiers eliminated.
On Thursday, 27 November, Russian occupation troops executed five Ukrainian POWs near the village of Zelenyi Hai in Zaporizhzhia region, close to Huliaipole.
In Zaporizhzhia, Russian forces control one of the key logistical routes leading to Huliaipole, making evacuation from the region extremely risky.
