Overnight, the occupiers dropped 17 KAB bombs on Velykyi Burluk
On the night of September 22, Russian troops launched a massive attack on the Velykoburlutsk community in the Kharkiv region, dropping 17 aerial bombs, launching three drones, and firing rocket artillery. As a result of the attacks, the local TV tower was completely destroyed, and residential buildings and power lines were damaged, leaving the community without electricity once again.
This was reported by Viktor Tereshchenko, head of the Velykyi Burluk settlement community.
According to him, Velykyi Burluk has no cell service or internet, and ATMs and “Nova Poshta” branches have ceased operations. Of all the infrastructure in the village, only the medical service and one pharmacy remain operational. The settlement is subjected to daily shelling with aerial bombs and FPV drones, which are destroying the streets and the local cemetery.
The village is located 20 kilometers from the state border with Russia. Despite the constant shelling, about 900 residents remain in Velykyi Burluk, while the community as a whole is home to more than 2,700 people. All children from the village were evacuated earlier.
