During a nighttime attack, the Russians damaged Olena Kravets's house
During the attack by Russian terrorists on Kyiv on the night of July 6, the home of actress and TV host Olena Kravets was damaged. The star’s daughter, Maria Kravets, reported this on Instagram.
Maria Kravets said that the windows at her parents’ home were shattered during the nighttime shelling. According to her, the Russians also struck near her friend’s house. Meanwhile, the neighborhood where Maria Kravets herself lives was engulfed in smoke due to the attack. The actress’s daughter also described how she spent the night.
“My parents’ windows were shattered, a shell landed near my friend’s house, our neighborhood is completely engulfed in smoke, and there are explosions right overhead that make the whole house shake. Five hours of anxiety and fear, and not a wink of sleep,” Maria Kravets wrote.
However, she noted that the most important thing for her is that her family and loved ones are alive. She also posted a photo of the house with the sky shrouded in smoke above it. “The most important thing is that all my family and loved ones are alive, but all of this is absolutely horrific. My sympathies go out to the victims. Let’s hang in there,” Kravets added.
Air Force spokesperson Yuriy Ignat stated during a televised marathon that intercepting ballistic missiles requires a stockpile of interceptor missiles. According to him, Ukraine has enough Patriot systems, but a constant supply of missiles for them is needed.
During the morning shelling on July 6, Russian terrorists struck the DAO sorting terminal of the “Nova Poshta” company in Dnipro. The strike caused a fire on the premises, which rescue workers quickly extinguished.
So far, 14 deaths have been reported in Kyiv; July 7 has been declared a day of mourning in the capital.
