On the evening of August 31, a fire broke out in a non-residential building in Kyiv’s Solomyanskyi District as a result of debris from a Russian drone falling.

“A fire broke out in a non-residential building
in the Solomyanskyi district as a result of falling debris. In the Holosiivskyi district, a fire broke out on a grassy area in an open space. Emergency services are heading to the scenes,” according to a statement from the Kyiv City Military Administration.

As a reminder, on August 31, Russian troops destroyed another distribution center of the “Aurora” network in the Kyiv region. During the attack, the company’s employees were taking cover, so none of them were injured. This is not the first facility in the network to suffer damage from Russian shelling.

Earlier, Russia launched a ballistic missile strike on a facility in Kryvyi Rih.
