More than 32,000 customers in Zaporizhzhia were left without power following attacks by Russia

In Zaporizhzhia, more than 32,000 customers were left without power as a result of Russian attacks.

According to Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration, utility workers are already working to restore power and reconnect customers.

No further details regarding the consequences of the damage to the power infrastructure have been reported at this time.

As a reminder, on the night of July 8, strike drones of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck a military airfield in Borisoglebsk, Voronezh Oblast, Russia. This airbase is home to aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces, which are used for both combat and training missions.

Over the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian Defense Forces have reduced the strength of the Russian army by another 1,260 troops. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine released updated data on enemy losses as of July 8, also reporting the destruction of a significant amount of enemy equipment.
