Border guards at the outpost used drones to take out Russian self-propelled artillery pieces

Soldiers from the “Forpost” Assault Guard Brigade of the Kramatorsk Border Detachment of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine spotted a self-propelled artillery system belonging to Russian forces during an aerial reconnaissance mission.

After identifying the target, the border guards struck it with FPV drones. A video of the Ukrainian defenders in action was posted online.

Russian troops attempted to use the self-propelled artillery system to strike the positions of the Defense Forces, but Ukrainian pilots detected the vehicle in time and destroyed it.

The border guards posted footage of the destruction on their Telegram channel.

As a reminder, on August 23, the Russian military attacked a train station in the Kharkiv region with a drone while a passenger train evacuating people was stopped. Two women were killed in the strike, and five other people were wounded.

On August 23, Russian terrorist forces attacked Ukraine’s railway infrastructure five times. One person was killed and four others were injured as a result of the strikes.

On August 23, Russian forces attacked the locomotive of passenger train No. 147, running between Zhytomyr and Odesa, with a rocket-powered drone. The train was stopped and passengers evacuated before the strike, so neither passengers nor railway workers were harmed.
