Russia launched drone attacks on a number of gas stations in the Dnipropetrovsk region
On the night of July 1, Russian forces launched a massive attack with strike drones on the Dnipropetrovsk region.
As a result of the attacks, one woman was killed, three other people were injured, and five gas stations were damaged.
“One woman was killed, and three were injured. The enemy attacked five gas stations in the region throughout the night. One of the injured is in the hospital; two women are receiving outpatient treatment after receiving medical care,” he said.
As a result of the strikes, equipment was damaged at all facilities, and fires broke out, which were extinguished by emergency services.
Meanwhile, air defense forces shot down 11 attack drones over the Dnipropetrovsk region that had been attacking the area throughout the night.
An air raid alert remained in effect in the region due to the threat of Russian drones, which, according to preliminary information, were approaching from the north.
In addition, on July 1, the Dnipropetrovsk region will implement a schedule of hourly power outages. The restrictions will be in effect from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Oleksandr Hanzha, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, reported on the consequences of the attack.
As a reminder, on the evening of June 30, Russian troops attacked an electric locomotive in the Dnipropetrovsk region with a drone. There were no casualties, as the locomotive crew was warned of the danger in time, and the workers managed to take cover.
Ukrainian drones struck eight of the ten largest Russian oil refineries by processing volume, with some facilities being hit multiple times.
Following inspections in May, the two largest payment terminal networks—EasyPay (LLC “FC ‘Kontraktovy Dom’”) and City24 (LLC “Swift Garant”)—were hit with massive fines: 135 million hryvnias each.
