Russia attacked Kherson with drones and artillery; there are casualties
On the night of June 2, Russian forces launched another attack on the Dniprovskyi district of Kherson, using attack drones and artillery. An elderly woman was killed in the attack, and six other civilians were wounded.
According to regional authorities, the 86-year-old woman sustained fatal injuries that proved to be incompatible with life.
She was a victim of yet another shelling of the city’s residential neighborhoods by Russian occupation forces.
As a result of the enemy strikes, a 43-year-old man, a 50-year-old man, a 73-year-old man, a 75-year-old man, a 77-year-old man, and a 73-year-old woman sustained injuries of varying severity.
All the victims were hospitalized and are receiving the necessary medical care.

Residential buildings, civilian infrastructure, and civilians are regularly caught in the crossfire, leading to new casualties and destruction.
