Russia has begun launching near-daily attacks on gas stations in the Chernihiv region

Russian attacks on gas stations in the Chernihiv region have become almost a daily occurrence.

According to the regional governor, strikes on four gas stations were recorded in the past 24 hours alone

As a result, gas station operators are considering various options to strengthen the protection of their facilities.

Chaus emphasized that the region continues to work on strengthening its air defense in coordination with the military.

He reported that in the first month of summer alone, 1,332 Russian attack drones were shot down over Chernihiv Oblast, and another 136 were lost due to loss of contact.

“That means in June alone, we eliminated nearly 1,500 Russian UAVs in our region alone. Unfortunately, this does not provide 100% protection. More than 100 drones struck residential areas, businesses, and infrastructure,” Chaus noted.

We also remind you that the Russian army attacked five gas stations in the Dnipropetrovsk region overnight, and rescue workers have already reported on the consequences of the strikes.

This was reported by Vyacheslav Chaus, head of the Chernihiv Regional State Administration.

On July 1, Russian troops carried out a missile attack on a facility in the Poltava district. According to preliminary information, two people were injured as a result of the strike, and emergency services are working at the scene.

On the night of July 1, Russian troops carried out a massive attack with strike drones on the Dnipropetrovsk region.

As a result of massive attacks by Russian occupation forces on Zaporizhzhia and the Zaporizhzhia district over the past 24 hours, two civilians were killed and another 36 residents were wounded.
