Russian forces launched two ballistic missiles equipped with cluster warheads at a logistics facility in the Odesa region.
Eight workers were injured in the attack, two of whom are in critical condition.
“Odesa region. Two ballistic missiles with cluster warheads struck an infrastructure facility that provides critical logistics for the region. Eight road workers were injured, two of whom are in critical condition,” Kuleba said.
According to the official, the targeted facility plays a vital role in providing the region’s critical logistics. Workers performing tasks on the facility’s grounds were injured in the missile strike.
All the injured are receiving the necessary medical care. Doctors assess the condition of two of the victims as serious.
Cleanup efforts are underway following the missile attack. Rescue workers, medical personnel, law enforcement officers, and other specialized services are working at the scene.
Experts continue to assess the extent of the damage and ensure safety at the affected facility.
