Russia struck a gas station in the Kharkiv region with a drone: fuel tanks were on fire
Russian occupiers attacked a gas station in the village of Zolochiv, causing a massive fire at the civilian infrastructure facility.
This was reported by the State Emergency Service in a report dated April 6, 2026. As a result of a strike by an enemy drone, four fuel tanks with a total capacity of 10 to 25 cubic meters caught fire.

In addition to the gas station, the fire spread to a utility building on the grounds of a neighboring private residence. Rescue workers quickly extinguished the fire, preventing it from spreading further to the residential area. According to preliminary data, there were no fatalities or injuries. The Russian Federation’s systematic strikes on fuel infrastructure in the border region are aimed at destabilizing logistics and creating humanitarian problems for the local population. Specialized services are currently working at the scene to fully document the consequences of yet another war crime committed by the invaders.
Russia attacked Ukraine with nearly three hundred drones. Air defense forces neutralized 260 of them. At the same time, hits and falling debris were recorded in several regions.
In the Kherson region, one person was killed and 25 others were wounded as a result of Russian attacks. Kherson and dozens of settlements in the region were targeted.
