Russia has complained about an airstrike on the Belgorod region

In the village of Dobrye, Graivoronsky District, Belgorod Oblast, Russia, two men were injured when two guided aerial bombs struck the area.

This was reported by the region’s governor, Vyacheslav Gladkov.

The victims suffered barotrauma, blast injuries, as well as contusions to the back and legs. Medical personnel assess their condition as moderate. After receiving first aid at a local hospital, it was decided to transfer the men to City Hospital No. 2 in Belgorod for further treatment.

The incident occurred amid ongoing hostilities in the border regions of the Russian Federation, a consequence of Russia’s full-scale aggression against Ukraine. The situation in the Graivoronsky District remains tense, and local authorities continue to report on the consequences of shelling and the operation of air defense systems in the region. Currently, no official information regarding the type of aerial bombs used has been received from independent sources.

In three border districts of Russia’s Belgorod Oblast—Shebekinsky, Borisovsky, and Graivoronsky—the installation of anti-drone corridors has begun.

As a reminder, on the night of March 8, a powerful missile strike was launched against energy facilities in Belgorod and the Belgorod District.

Due to the shelling, Belgorod was left without electricity and heating.

Additionally, a gas pipeline was damaged in the Belgorod region, and schools are closed.
